Interestingly, the Owl may call on us to release the past and let go of old burdens that hold us back. I like to think of putting on ‘owl glasses’ and suddenly being able to see what was always there through a totally new awareness. Spiritually, this translates to an ability to see accurately through time. The eyes of the owl adjust in an instant from telescopic to microscopic. The owl also correlates with the divine feminine, allowing us to use our sight beyond sight to garner the reality of a situation. Moreover, it can also turn its head 270 degrees around, which is incredible in itself! This nocturnal bird has incredible night vision. The owl is one of my personal favourites, mainly because of the mystery surrounding these glorious creatures. Moreover, self care and energy work support us in accessing our true selves. It reminds us to take off our mask and let the world see who we really are. What’s more, there’s nowhere to hide with this bird. Diving in without a goal rarely catches the prey you want! The falcon also reminds us that to truly shine, to deliver our passion to the world, we must research and prepare before taking action.
